๐Ÿ“ข Tender Notice: VITEK 2 Supplies

The Taiwan Medical Mission in the Republic of Somaliland invites qualified suppliers to submit tenders for the supply of VITEK 2 laboratory products.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Required Products

The following items are required:

  • Gram Negative AST (GN73) โ€“ 5 Boxes
  • Gram Positive AST (P592) โ€“ 3 Boxes
  • Gram Negative (GN) โ€“ 3 Boxes
  • Gram Positive (GP) โ€“ 2 Boxes
  • Adult, Aerobic โ€“ 2 Boxes
  • Adult, Anaerobic โ€“ 2 Boxes
  • Pediatrics, Aerobic โ€“ 2 Boxes
  • Pediatrics, Anaerobic โ€“ 2 Boxes

โš™๏ธ Additional Requirements

๐Ÿ”ฌ Compatibility

A Vitek 2 Compact Instrument is currently installed at the Hargeisa Group Hospital laboratory. All products must be fully compatible with the existing Vitek 2 Compact Instrument System.

๐Ÿ“… Product Expiration

  • Products must have an expiration period of 18โ€“24 months from the date of manufacture.
  • A minimum of 18 months of laboratory activity must remain before expiration.

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ”ฌ Training

If requested, the selected supplier must provide training sessions for laboratory technicians to ensure proper use of the testing system.

๐ŸŒ Origin of Products

Products manufactured in China or by Chinese companies will not be considered.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Pricing Structure

  • The price of each product must be listed clearly.
  • Shipment costs must be quoted separately.

๐Ÿšš Delivery

  • Products must be delivered to the agreed location.
  • Delivery must occur within 8 weeks of order placement.
  • Taiwan Medical Mission must be notified accordingly.
