✈️ Tender Notice: Provision of Air Tickets to Taiwan
The Taiwan Medical Mission in the Republic of Somaliland invites qualified and interested travel agencies and service providers to submit quotations for the provision and arrangement of air tickets to Taiwan.
📌 Tender Requirements
The tender is for up to three return economy-class air tickets with the following travel details:
🛫 Departure Airport: Hargeisa Egal International Airport (HGA), Somaliland
🛬 Arrival Airport: Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TPE), Taiwan
📅 Outbound Travel Date: 1 June 2026
📅 Inbound Travel Date: 30 August 2026
Only the following flight itineraries will be considered:
- Itinerary One: HGA → Dubai (DXB) → TPE, including the return journey.
- Itinerary Two: HGA → Addis Ababa (ADD) → Bangkok (BKK) → TPE, including the return journey.
⚠️ Please note that routes transiting through countries or airports that do not recognize Somaliland passports, including Hong Kong International Airport, will not be considered.
📝 Quotation Submission Requirements
Interested bidders are required to submit quotations that include the following information:
- 💵 Itemized price per ticket and total cost.
- 🗺️ Detailed flight itinerary, including airline name, flight numbers, travel dates, and departure/arrival times.
- 🧳 Baggage allowance and any other inclusions or restrictions.
- 📄 Ticket validity terms and conditions.
- ⏳ Required lead time for booking confirmation.
