The selected Private Investor and Operator shall provide the investment, development, operation, maintenance, management and commercial expertise required to establish and operate the Facility.
The Municipality seeks a competent private partner capable of developing the municipal site, establishing operational systems, managing recycling activities, maintaining municipal assets and creating sustainable markets for recovered materials.
